SeaWolf takes its name from the Native American term for killer whales and was chosen as a recognition of Scotland's historical links with sugar production, importing rum and the Navy and from a more modern day link with the pods of Sea Wolves that are found around the Scottish coastline. It has a limited first run, with only 300 bottles being made available before the end of the year. "We decided to make a white rum, distilled in Scotland (which is unique in itself) that was straight off the still (in essence) i.e. No ageing and worked well straight and as a base for a cocktails. It had to have both character, flavour, mouthfeel and body which can be difficult with an un-aged spirit but we hope we have delivered on all aspects."
Natural Scottish brambles meet superior London Dry Gin in a liqueur that is simplicity itself in essence, yet devastatingly sophisticated on the palate.
Created in 2016 by the team behind Bramble Bar in Edinburgh. Cross Brew is a coffee liqueur with a base of dark roasted cold brew coffee, to which only new make spirit, Scottish water and a little sugar are added.
Hand crafted in small batches, Aelder is deep, complex, fruity and decidedly moreish. The dark, rich fruit of the Elder is complimented by a host of wild Scottish botanicals and spices, and blended with Scottish whisky to fully enliven the flavour of the foraged berries. The end result is a liqueur that is rich, smooth and complex with a beautifully warming finish.
