The Mendoza region of Argentina has excellent climate and soils for growing grapes. The high altitude (up to 100m) gives long sunny days with cool nights. The semi-arid climate reduces the risk of pests and diseases in the vineyard, ensuring the healthiest of harvests. Stoney soils allow excess water to drain off and maintain growth and yield in the vineyard in proper balance.
