Hawkes Bay
The C J Pask wines from Gimblett Road are a range of premium red wines from the renowned Gimblett Gravels district of Hawkes Bay. This is New Zealand’s premium red wine growing area with a moderate climate and long sunny days. The white wines come from cooler areas such as the Esk Valley and Clive sub-regions of Hawkes Bay. Winemaker Kate Radburnd has studied in Australia, France, and California, and her accumulated skills and experience have seen her wines win many gold medals and trophies.
Marlborough
The Marlborough Region in the South Island is widely regarded as being one of the best vineyard areas for the production of Sauvignon Blanc, as well as other classic varieties. It is a very sunny, but relatively cool climate, with no rain during the growing season, giving a long, slow ripening period.

The Waipara Valley region of Canterbury is situated 45 miles north of Christchurch in the South Island. Grape production here has many natural advantages – long dry summers, sheltered from cold easterly winds by coastal hills, and a remarkable range of soils.
